The beginning of December 2024 marked a turning point for Barton Storage Systems and our commitment to our sustainability and net zero plan.

In line with our target to reduce our carbon footprint by 25% from 2026 we have upgraded our company plant machinery and equipment.

Our fleet of Aislemasters and Counterbalance fork lift trucks have been upgraded from LPG gas to 100% electric in line with these goals and mark further improvements and developments to the business.

There is still more to do in order to reach and succeed these targets including energy efficient LED lighting projects and heating system improvements so watch this space for further developments.
