As Operations Director Steve is responsible for the overall operational delivery of the business, He directly manages all Warehouse and Logistics activity, Internal Sales Teams, Health & Safety, Compliance, HR, Recruitment and Training.

Steve has maintained a varied career since leaving college in 1998 gaining his Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering.

From an early age Steve always demonstrated a passion to join the military and in 1999 this desire was realised, he served with the British Army from 1999 to 2016 gaining the rank of Sergeant whilst completing numerous tours of duty including multiple tours of Iraq and Afghanistan as part of Allied NATO forces. As a graduate of the Institute of Leadership and Management at the Army Leadership and Staff Defence Academy Steve continued to devote time to his personal and professional development gaining a BA (Hons) in Business Management along with numerous Project Management qualifications.

Steve has brought the skills and experience developed throughout his military career into the corporate world and those transferable skills have undoubtedly supported his success in business operations.

Working across several sectors and appointed in key operational roles throughout his career Steve employs a team focused leadership style based on a coaching and mentoring ethos

ensuring his team and the wider business is fully supported to achieve success whilst prioritising service delivery and customer experience.

Steve is married with two children and in his spare time his hobbies include a passion for hiking and mountaineering as well as being a keen motorcyclist.
